The County Clerk is authorized to issue auctioneer licenses in Vernon County. An application must be completed in the Clerk’s office. License fees for the following periods are as follows:

$ 5.00 (ten days)

$10.00 (one month)

$20.00 (three month)

$30.00 (six months)

$50.00 (twelve months)

The County Clerk’s Office is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed during the lunch hour 12:00-1:00 p.m. If you have questions, contact the County Clerk’s Office at (417) 448-2500.
